Friday

Welcome Reception

Family-friendly way to kick off our wedding weekend. Drop in for a drink and say hello - no formal timeline.
The Rayback is a food truck park and bar. The “Gallery” space indoors is reserved for our guests. Feel free to visit the food trucks. Outside food is also allowed. Cash bar.
Parking: The venue recommends carpooling, rideshare, and biking. Additional free street parking can be found on Glenwood Ave, located a 5 min walk North of the Rayback.

Saturday

Shuttle Service – Pickup from Host Hotels

2:30 PM | Hampton Inn North Boulder
2:40 PM | Candlewood Suites Longmont

A complimentary shuttle will pick up guests staying at the Hampton Inn in Boulder and Candlewood Suites in Longmont.

Shuttle service ensures guests don’t need to worry about driving or parking. Please indicate on RSVP if you plan to use the service.
Please arrive on time for pickup. The shuttle will not wait for late arrivals.

Driving yourself? Parking is available on site at River Bend.
Ride share? While hailing a ride from Boulder may be easy, ride shares can not be guaranteed from the town of Lyons.

Ceremony

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 3:00PM
Our ceremony will take place outdoors along the St. Vrain River, seating will be available.
Expect crisp fall air, golden aspens, and a stunning natural backdrop. 🍂
Colorado chic! Party attire, but guests should dress warmly and comfortably for an outdoor setting (reception will be indoors).

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment.

Cocktail hour

4:00PM | RiverBend Patio

Enjoy signature fall cocktails, local craft beer, and seasonal refreshers while mingling by the river.
Yard games and a cozy lounge area will be available for relaxing.
A mix of appetizers will be served.

Reception & dinner

5:30PM | RiverBend Barn

A seasonal, vegetable-forward dinner will be served. Think warm, comforting dishes inspired by fall in Colorado. 🍁
Speeches & Toasts – Bring your tissues!

Childcare

7:00PM | WeeGather Space

For the littles who may need a quiet place to recharge, we will have professional care givers on site.
Space is equipped with a full bathroom and kitchen, lounge area with TV, and a bedroom. We will provide games, snacks, and have a portable crib on hand.
While the space is adjacent to the reception, parents will need to check-in/out children, as they are not permitted to wander over there alone.

Dancing & celebration

7:50PM | RiverBend Barn

The dance floor opens up! Whether you’re a pro dancer or a toe-tapper, we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
We’ll have a designated space for kids to play (supervised, of course), with activities for little ones who need a break.
Last call for bar at 9:30 PM.

Sendoff & closing

Return shuttle service

10:00PM | RiverBend Barn

The shuttle will depart at the end of the evening to return guests to Hampton Inn in North Boulder and Candlewood Suites in Longmont.

Sunday

Farewell Breakfast

9:00–10:00AM | WeeCasa Tiny House Resort.

A casual breakfast to wrap up the weekend and say our goodbyes.
Drop by for coffee, breakfast burritos and good company before heading home or exploring more of Colorado.
All guests welcome at the Wee Gather Space (resort lodge at the entrance.)

Additional information

Dress Code: Colorado Chic! Come in your best party attire. Keep in mind the outdoor setting and Colorado’s unpredictable fall weather. Ceremony will be on grass.
Parking: Parking is available for guests who drive, do so responsibly.
Weather: Expect cooler temps after sunset. A light jacket or wrap is recommended.
